CabCircle, operated by Synos Technologies, provides a platform that facilitates the connection between agents who post trips and drivers who accept them. By using CabCircle, all users agree to these Terms of Use, which govern their access and utilization of the platform. CabCircle solely acts as an intermediary and does not participate in the actual execution of trips, negotiations between users, or any financial transactions beyond platform-facilitated payments. Users acknowledge that CabCircle is not responsible for the performance, conduct, or reliability of any agent or driver utilizing the service.

Agents who choose to post trips on CabCircle must ensure that all details provided are accurate, including trip fare, timing, and conditions. If an agent collects an advance commission from a driver with the promise of a trip and subsequently fails to provide the trip for any reason, CabCircle may intervene by blocking the agent’s payment and issuing a refund to the driver, provided that the driver has formally reported the issue to CabCircle’s support team before the payout to the agent has been processed. However, CabCircle does not assume responsibility for any financial loss suffered by either party in such cases. The platform serves only as a medium to assist in resolving certain financial disputes but does not guarantee reimbursement for any loss arising from miscommunication, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete a trip.

Similarly, drivers using the platform are expected to honor their commitments to agents and complete trips as agreed. If a driver fails to show up for a trip, demands additional payment beyond the agreed fare, or causes delays that impact the trip schedule, CabCircle will not be held liable for any financial or operational losses suffered by the agent or the end customer for whom the trip was booked. Any disputes arising due to no-shows, price renegotiations, service quality, or delays must be resolved directly between the agent and driver, as CabCircle merely provides a space for these interactions to occur and does not verify the authenticity or intent of either party.

CabCircle does not assume any responsibility for delays, cancellations, or financial losses suffered by the end customer for whom an agent has booked a trip. The platform does not engage in regulating, enforcing, or guaranteeing trip execution, nor does it hold control over the punctuality, conduct, or professionalism of the drivers registered on the platform. If an end customer faces an issue due to delays, no-shows, or disputes between the agent and driver, CabCircle will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred. Users acknowledge that they bear full responsibility for any agreements they make and must exercise their discretion when engaging with other users on the platform.

All payments facilitated through CabCircle must comply with the platform’s policies. Payouts to agents will be processed only after the successful completion of the trip unless a driver reports a valid issue concerning an advance commission before the payout is executed. In such cases, CabCircle reserves the right to withhold payments and issue refunds where necessary, but this does not establish any liability on the part of CabCircle for reimbursing any additional losses beyond the withheld amount. The platform does not entertain reimbursement claims for missed trips, inconvenience, or financial damages that result from interactions between users.

Disputes between users, including agents and drivers, must be resolved independently unless CabCircle has explicitly stated its intention to intervene, such as in cases where an advance commission refund is deemed necessary. Users agree that CabCircle’s decision on refund eligibility and payout interventions is final and binding. The platform does not facilitate arbitration, nor does it take legal responsibility for fraudulent or unethical behavior exhibited by any of its users.

CabCircle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any updates to the Terms of Use signifies acceptance of the revised terms. CabCircle also reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to any user found to be violating platform policies, engaging in fraudulent activities, or causing disputes that disrupt platform operations.

By using CabCircle, users agree to indemnify and hold CabCircle harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from their interactions on the platform. CabCircle does not assume responsibility for any misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver services as promised by agents or drivers. Users acknowledge that they utilize the platform at their own risk and agree not to hold CabCircle accountable for any financial loss, inconvenience, or dispute arising from their usage of the service.

By using this app, you confirm that you have sufficient knowledge about the taxi business and understand the need to independently verify essential requirements such as insurance, yellow number plate, PUC certificate, fitness certificate, permit, and other necessary compliances. You agree not to rely solely on the information provided in this app without verification. Any loss incurred as a result of using this app is solely your responsibility. Synos Technologies shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of this app.
